Grilla Studio ("us", "we" or "our") operates http://www.thegrillastudio.com (the "Site"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site. These general conditions of sale apply to all orders through our website http://www.thegrillastudio.com by individuals and companies.

We use your personal information only to provide and improve the site. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

PRICING POLICY

Grilla Studio reserves the possibility of modifying the conditions of sale according to the needs and variations of the company and its available products. However, these conditions will be present and will be subject to acceptance by the customer at the time of placing the order.

Our goal is to provide accuracy in all of our prices, delivery fees, and any other information. All prices on our website are expressed in euros and are subject to applicable taxes by law.

Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we reserve the right to restrict orders for those items and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions.

PAYMENT METHODS:

The client has three payment options: online, through this web page, by Paypal, or bank transfer.

Custom orders can be placed by email and payment can be made using the same methods.

DELIVERY COSTS:

The cost of transportation is calculated based on the weight and/or volume of the selected items as well as the delivery address, the amount may vary between 10 and 50 euros. The exact calculation is notified at the checkout process

The pieces are delivered by an external agency, which allows the order to be located and is delivered at street level. Delivery times vary depending on stock:

- Items in stock: delivery times are usually between 5 and 10 days.

- Items that are not available in stock: delivery can vary between 5 and 8 weeks.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

If you are not happy with the product you have received, you can send it to us in its original packaging and unused to the return address within 5 days of receipt.

If you receive a damaged product, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Depending on the nature of the defect or damage, we may offer a replacement product, provide a repair service. If there is no stock of that same piece, the amount will be reimbursed through a voucher for your next purchase.

If you wish to cancel your order or any item(s) in your order, please email us at hello@thegrillastudio.com at least 3hrs after your purchase.

For any questions, incidents or additional information, you can contact us through the contact form, the telephone number or email provided.

The cost of returning the item(s) will be done by the customer. Grilla will not refund the amount or resend any piece until it has verified the receipt and condition of the packaging and accessories of the returned item.

For custom made pieces, special orders and personalized items, can only be returned or exchanged if defective, in which case it must be reported within 4 hours of receipt.

Any special offers or “sale” items cannot be returned or refunded.

All return costs will be carry by the customer. It is very important to know that in this case we do not return the money. We will only provide you with a voucher for your next purchase.

Grilla Studio is not responsible in case of loss, theft or damage to the package. Packages for which it is not possible to identify the Client (surname, name, address and return code) will be rejected.

Upon receipt of the Products returned by the Customer, the customer service will send a confirmation of receipt of the Product by email.

GENERAL INFORMATION AFTER PURCHASE:

Delivery times are provided as a guide only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability and/or customs delays.

DELIVERY:

The shipping costs will be determined by the breakdown of the total price of the purchase(s) depending on the delivery destination, this will be borne by the customer and will be added to the total amount of your order.

WARRANTY:

All Grilla Studio pieces are handmade, so they may have color variations and differences from each other, due to their handmade nature. Even so, if an item is received defective or damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt by sending an image to the email: hello@thegrillastudio.com and we will review the event.

All orders require a signature upon delivery, at which time responsibility for shipping passes to the customer.
If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also agree that the third party's signature is sufficient proof of delivery and performance by Grilla Studio

GENERAL INFORMATION PRIOR TO THE PURCHASE:

Please make sure you have read and understood all the conditions written here before placing your order.
"Pay in full" is required and must be made via bank transfer, online transfer (Stripe or Paypal). We require customers to pay the full amount indicated on the invoice.

Shipping is done through our selected courier service. Although we can track the stage of the order, we cannot ensure the exact date and time due to various factors, such as delays or unforeseen events beyond our control (such as technical problems with the shipping company, natural disasters, customs, etc.)

Products from Morocco usually take between 15 and 30 days from the date of departure. The maximum number of days must not exceed 40 days from the departure of the order.

Once the products have arrived at our warehouse and have been received by our team, an email will be sent to you and we will proceed to ship them through the selected courier company. In the case of items damaged during shipping, the amount paid will be fully refunded.

PRICES, TAXES AND TARIFFS:

The sales prices indicated on the Grilla Studio website are expressed in Euros (EUR €), unless indicated. Taxes included, and customs duties excluded, for orders outside the EU that will be in charge by the Customer.

Grilla Studio expressly reserves the right to modify without prior notice both the prices and the commercial offers presented on our website regarding products, promotions and other commercial and service conditions at any time. As a user, you must consult the conditions of the offer before ordering any product or service.

In case of import taxes and/or customs procedures. All applicable obligations will be borne by the client.

Grilla Studio is not responsible for any actions and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.

The taxes applied will always be in accordance with current legislation.
