Shipping and returns
Shipping:
Currently Grilla Studio is only available for orders within Spain. If you have any international request, please contact us via email.
The shipping costs will be determined by the breakdown of the total price of the purchase(s) depending on the delivery destination, this will be payed by the customer and will be added to the total amount of the order.
Delivery times:
Delivery times for items in stock depend on the delivery address and vary from 5 to 10 working days. Orders for items that are not available in stock have a delivery time that varies between 4 to 7 weeks. If you buy a product that is not in Barcelona and would take more time to be delivered, we will contact you by email

Order receipt:
You will receive an email confirmation with the order number once your order has been successfully placed. Please make sure your contact details and shipping address are correct as we are unable to redirect items once they are in transit to you. Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. Grilla Studio will not be responsible for stolen or unrecovered orders if a package shows up delivered. We ask that you keep a close eye on the delivery of your shipment.
Returns and exchanges:
If you are not happy with the product you have received, you can send it to us in its original packaging and unused to the return address within 5 days of receipt.
If you receive a damaged product, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Depending on the nature of the defect or damage, we may offer a replacement product. If there is no stock of that same piece, the amount will be reimbursed through a voucher for your next purchase.
If you wish to cancel your order or any item(s) in your order, please email us at hello@thegrillastudio.com at least 3hrs after your purchase.

The cost of returning the item(s) will be done by the customer. Grilla will not refund the amount or resend any damaged piece until it has verified the receipt and condition of the packaging and accessories of the returned item.
For custom made pieces, special orders and personalized items, can only be returned or exchanged if defective, in which case it must be reported within 4 hours of receipt.
Any special offers or “sale” items cannot be returned or refunded.
All return costs will be carry by the customer. It is very important to know that in this case we do not return the money. We will only provide you with a voucher for your next purchase.

Grilla Studio is not responsible in case of loss, theft or damage to the package. Packages for which it is not possible to identify the Client (surname, name, address and return code) will be rejected.
Upon receipt of the Products returned by the Customer, the customer service will send a confirmation of receipt of the Product by email.
